Nail possibly lifting?

I’ve got acrylic overlays on my nail with gelish on top. Not long

My middle finger on my right hand is a bit sore at the tip & a bit of a gap could it be the nail is lifting from the nail bed?

Do you mean a gap under your nail plate?
I’d recommend getting in touch with your nail tech and ask her to look at it for you.
