Hi guys im not a nail tech but have acrylics done every 3 weeks. The last couple of times I have had them done within a week my natural nail comes away from the acrylic and my acrylicis breaking. My tech has no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help? Im a hairdresser but never had this problem before. TIA

Maybe your hands are in water more than normal?
Are you using cuticle oil daily?
Is the nail tech spending enough time prepping your nail. Sometimes it can be something as simple as the incorrect false nail tip size.
Has the nail tech changed any of her products (glue, nail tip, acrylic solution) could be case of the new product simply doesn’t agree with your nail plate.

Whatever the reason don’t let anyone tell you “your nails need to a break to breathe” nails don’t breathe, never have never will. Pet peeve of mine hearing that statement haha.

Hope this helps x
