I own a hair salon and have a very successful business myself. I did employ another stylist however it didn't work out and I now have major trust issues with regards to my clients.
I'm thinking of putting a nail station in my salon and renting it out for a self employed nail tech.
How much would be a normal rate for just a nail station?
Any pros/cons people have found to doing this?
