You will always find a Sally's but if you do not have a State license you will be limited as to what you can buy PLUS you cannot take flammable liquids on the plane.

i went to new york last year, lucky you, i'm so envious:green:. nail stuff is quite limited in new york your probably find going out in the suburbs more rewarding, But I did pick up some lovely files and striper pens. i think the place was called rays, also they do tweezerman stuff which is a great product.opi is cheaper too.have a fab time. thg
