Nail tape

Just done a clients nails with gold nail tape..... how the hell do you get it too stick and stay. She's had a shower and all but 4 nails have peeled off (the tape not the nails lol) x

Did you put it over or under your top coat? I use 2 layers of Shellac top coat or Brisa gloss and it stays perfectly
