Nail Technician Part Time (2-3 days per week)
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
Reception: The Therapist must have excellent communication skills as she will be responsible for the meeting and greeting of clients, booking clients in for treatments over the phone and in person, so an understanding of an appointment system is vital. She must be well presented at all times, punctual, well spoken and well organised.
Treatments: The Therapist must have a passion for what she does and have a high attention to detail. She must have good time keeping during treatments, enjoy her time with clients yet work quickly and efficiently. The Therapist must be passionate about her job and be able to maintain and develop her skills and be able to work on her own initiative.
Manicures - Express and Luxury Manicures with the necessary massage techniques. The massage techniques will be part of company training.
Pedicures - Express and Luxury Pedicures again with the necessary massage techniques.
Must also be familiar with paraffin wax treatments as this is used in both our luxury manicure and luxury pedicure treatment. Timing is of the utmost importance where these treatments are concerned.
Polishing - Must be able to do a professional polish on nails or toes in 10 -15 minutes at the most.
Nail Enhancements - Company training will be given to achieve our standards. A Full set should take up to 1 and a half hours and a Rebalance or maintenance visit should take up to and hour and 15 mins at the most. This depends on experience. The technician should also be able to sculpt, if not compnay training will be given.
