Nailfresh from CND?

i know this is going to sound stupid, but while reading the thread abt perfect polish, a product called nailfresh was mentioned- I use scrubfresh, so i know what that is but i dont know what nailfresh is or who makes it, can anyone let me know in on the secret? thanx......
