Nails for my boss

I have made this nails today, to the owner of the place I work at..... I will appriciate if you will indicate me the structure errors, and what do u think about design?

To get good critique of the nail you'll need to put up several more pictures, eg looking down the barrel and a side view too. People really need to see several pictures to get an overall view of the nail and then are able to make detailed comments. HTH x

The nails look even and the cuticle flush.

My only criticism is that judging by the pinkie, they look quite thick?? maybe it's the angle...
