Hi geeks
My younger sister has virgin base 10 with no warmth whatsoever in her hair.
Her hair is a thick coarse texture with loose curls/waves.
After me trying to talk her out of it for ages (her natural hair is stunning) She decided she wanted to go to a base 6 warm chocolatey brown, so i chose 6/75 colour touch.
Her hair went to a warm 8, very similar to 8/73 - and the colour looked almost translucent.
I cannot understand why this has happened - can hair that has no grey whatsoever be resistant? And if so would it need pre-pigmenting to achieve darker shades?
Sorry if im missing something really obvious here, but i have never had this happen before on virgin hair with no grey!
