Hi everyone ill apologise in advance for the waffling post!

currently I am a full time hairdresser just finished Nvq level 3 in salon training and I also do spray tanning outside of the salon (we haven't got the space at work so my boss is fine with it) in the next couple of years i hope to move down to Cornwall from the midlands and as I still work in the same salon as I started I have no idea what employers are looking for and want to stand out. So I was thinking of doin beauty courses so I can offer more than just hair. What would you would you be more impressed with if you were employing? Xx

As always, the more you can bring to the table the better, but I wouldn't spend too much money diversifying too much (unless you can afford to of course!).

Each salon owner is so different, some want to offer other services, but many do not.

For me, its really about personality and 'best fit'......training can always come later.
