Need advice on gel nails

Hi I ve been doing gel nails for these 2 months so I m still at the very begenning, I use trosani products. I did sveral sets on friends and family and didn t have lots of probles with lifting etc. Exept for this friend, she has this problem that gel comes off her right hand only!! The left hand is ok but the right no. She went to different nail techs who use different products and has this same problem. has anyone experienced something similar please? I yes can you suggest something? Today i did a refill on her hope they last 2 weeks at least!!!!!!!!!

she s a learning support assistant, works with children, i tried to tell her it has something to do with how she uses them.

I always find i have more issue with my right hand because I am right handed. Working with children of what age does she end up filling water trays etc???

"Treat your nails as jewels not tools" - They don't just fall off on there own. Gel arent as strong as acrylic obviously, but just remind your clients of the above phrase.

Yes i agree with you, i will tell her for sure. i don't think she s hard with nails at work I think its more with the washing at home even though she said she s putting on gloves when she washes the bathroom. However its strange since i do them on myself as well and do the same job as her and I clean my house and i never have lifiting and they last me up to four weeks!! however thanks alot for the replies.
