Need advice on hair

[Beauty at Hart]

I currently run a tanning and beauty salon and am considsering doing hair in the salon, just wondered if anyone can offer advice or how much the set up cost would be, are good hairdressers hard to find. as i found it difficult getting beauty staff, and generally what i should do.
