What she wanted on left and what I did on right. She had red chucks (yuck) in the front and bottom was red. Well my problem is I can't get the orange leftover from the red out! I foiled it 2x with 20 vol, but her previous hair stylist has damaged her severely, so I was scared to leave it in too long. What can I do to get the level 6 orange out of her hair.

AND how can I get her that white on top? Her hair is damaged is there anyway I can do it without damaging it any further?!?!

if her hair is damaged i wouldnt do anything apart from treat her hair , get the porosity and elasticity back in there , get her to purchase protein based products , and tell her to come back in a couple of weeks , tbh i actually prefer the colour in second picture to the first one, but obviously the picture might be different to what you see in the salon ;-) xx

Really?! U like the second one?! Thanks!!! Lol I was so careful with her hair, she was a new client too. She said "wow, this is the first time I've never say under a dryer!" And she kept complimenting how soft her hair was. She actually said she's never had a prettier blonde on top, but me being a perfectionist, I just felt like it could be better.
Thank you so much for all of your help! This site/forums have been such a blessing to me! You guys are truly the best!

I agree yours is much softer the first one is alot bigger contrast from roots to ends x

I prefer the 2nd one too! Looks beautiful xx

i prefer the second one myself, much nicer, softer. 1st one looks like christina aguilara/contrast... xoxo

Awh, thanks everyone! I was just wanting to give the client what she wants. I, myself, like things more tonal like this too. But some ppl just like "adult movie star" hair! Lol
Thank you again for the compliments!

Oh goodness, ill hv to find a picture. It was a terrible faded red and blonde with red at the nape. I didn't do it! I would never do that.

But I heavy heavy highlighted, toned with illumina 9/60

And then I ombréd it using 4/0 with 4/3, 7/73 with 7/3, 9/73 with 9/3 and smudged them together buy putting on the middle first, dark next, and lightest at the top and dry brushing the top to blend.

The second is much more classy! The first is abit porn* xxx
