Need help is this reasonable ???

Hi all

Need some help looking at a room rental they have asked for 40% commision i thought this seemed high but dont know ?? what do you think ?


Room, Has a couch in it cost includes rates water/ electricity/ heating etc its a decent size they have a st tropez spray tan machine in it also.

If you are supplying all your own stuff then i think this is about average!
I pay commission and i supply all the stock, furniture, advertising, tea,coffee, laundry, take appointments etc.... They just have to turn up and do the work. For this i take 60% but if they were supplying their own stuff then i take 40%.
