Need help to achieve this colour...

Have a girl who wants her hair like this..at the moment it's blonde using bleach but she's naturally about a base of a 4. What colour would you recommend using as the all over? Was going to use a semi rather than permanent and I use wella colours normally but am open to suggestions

MATRIX Color sync 5wn , a Quassi colour, 1 to 1 mix ratio, 20 mins develepment time and hey presto all done. Also wil lleave hairy VERY shiny as contains pure ceramide
