Need some inspiration for new decor

Hey guys

I'm redecorating my salon but cant think of colour schemes lol, not the usual cream and brown, I want something a bit different but not too bright like orange or red lol

Any ideas?

Purple and lime are my favourite combination at the moment.

I look at some of the wild and wonderful wallpapers that are available now. Some of the patterns can be awful but the colours can be great. Also what is your salon called?can you draw a theme from that, or even your favourite accessories or pictures? I am very much in to deep rich colours especially aubergine and lots of different textures. Sometimes 1 colour in different textures can be all that is needed. hth xx

if i want inspiration i go to "Next" there home department is full of the latest colour trends and its very inspiring. the hard part is not buying everything in there.

What colours would suit the style of salon or the building?

You could do it mostly in a neutral colour (cream / camel) and a feature wall with wallpaper or fun colours. That way it's easy to change regularly or if it doesn't work out the way you had planned.

You can get cushions or flowers to match your new colour scheme. It doesn't have to be madly expensive.

I love raspberry.

Seen a nice orange colour scheme on a salon website. It was The Zone in Edinburgh. Looks quite tasteful for being orange. xx
