Hi
My buisness has been up and running for a few months now but not had many clients yet.
My website was re done and launched this week and and planning on doing some
flyers and offers, at the min I offer 25% off for new clients but I
want to introduce a recommend a friend scheme with £5 off a new treatment
For the exisitng client and £5 off the first booking for the new client so I want
To change my 25% off offer to something else and was thinkg of
'New clients get a free goodie bag' with bits in like nail oil, lip balm, nail files, and also add
In a flyer and some business cards with the recommend a friend offer on.
Does this sound ok? I thought it might be something abit different and people like a free gift.

I've also got my first wedding on next sat so thought it might be nice to give the bride a goodie bag too (
She's never used me before).

Sorry for the rambling story and hope it makes sense, just wanted some
Opions on if this was a good idea or not?

Thanks

I think it sounds like a brilliant idea. Its all trial and error when starting a new business, you will see what works and what doesnt.

I think its a good idea! Its my salons 1st year bday on Saturday and we are going goodie bags! Everyone loves something free.

I did find tho, if you do to many offers, people will only come if there is an offer, or wait till your next offer. So try not to do to many %s off.
:)

xx
