Hi Guys,

Im looking at doing a course/training to gain new movements/techniques as im getting bored doing the same moves.
But also my wrist are killing and clicking, and forearms are too muscley and painful.

so im looking for no hands massage technique, ive ooked into a workshop with a lomi lomi teacher. but wondered if you guys had any ideas or courses. im in essex near cambridge but dont mind going to london.

thank you in advance

I would also be very interested to hear replies to this as I have extreme problems with my arms what with clicking, crunching, aching soreness as I do so much massage and my hands cant cope with it!!!

I think Mat does this training. I'm sure he'll come across this message and comment.

There is a lady who used to teach at Brentwood Academy who does no hands massage training, from memory she was based in Witham. I will try to dig out the contact details for you when i get home.

I've done hands-free training which is good, and am going to be doing Lomi Lomi on March 12th in Durham with Rosalie Samet.
