New move, someone keeps taking my cards down!

Hey

I've recently moved to a new village and have recently got into the business - talk about having my work cut out! Have to build a client base. There are lots of places in my village to advertise for free, however everytime i put my cards up, the next day someones taken them all down. Everyone has competition. Would you take someone elses cards down? There is a salon in the village, but they only offer 1 treatment that i do. It's making my work much harder to get myself known. Maybe i should don a mac and dark shades and wait and see who's taking them all down!

Are you sure it isnt protential clients taking the cards down ?

Good point, they do this when they don't have a pen to hand. They don't think about putting the number into their mobile

ask in the local takeaway if you could put a poster or card up for charity.?? my local fish shop charges £1.00 a month to pin up on the charity wall, all procedes go to childrens ward???? x

I find that customers will take them, just check them as often as you can so you can replace them!!!! Dont think the worst

Ahh, don't worry - perseverence is the key! When people take cards they might not necessarily need anything doing straight away, but they're interested and will more than likely dig out your card when they do!
