New nail salon in Cheshire - Need a manager

Hello,
I am looking to open a nail salon on the high street in a busyish town in South Cheshire. I am not in the industry but after speaking to a number of female friends, I have found that the choice in the vicinity (2 salons within the high street area) where I am looking to place the shop is pretty poor. Low quality looking salons, grubby and not much in the way of customer service.
I have business experience and I am looking to open in the next 6 months.
Only problem is that I don't know anyone who is currently a qualified nail nail technician.
I am looking for someone with some experience who can come in and run the salon (nailcare only). Preferably someone who knows the business / suppliers etc. who wants to put their own stamp on a business without the risk of starting it by themselves. They will obviously be rewarded accordingly.

Please tell us where the salon is based. I am currently looking for somewhere. I am 50 years of age and have been a Nail Technician since 2006. I have excellent organisational skills, know the industry rather well and have a very good managerial relationship with who ever I work with.

Please let me know where the salon will be based.
