Hi Gigi, lovely to meet you again the other day at Creative Institute.

Designer Nails is a Registered Company name and they will not take kindly to anyone using it ... there have been several successful 'prosecutions'.

Does the same go for Creative Nail Design? Such as the non-standard salon, named 'CREATIVE NAIL DESIGN'S' in Romford Essex????
