New rules for mobile spray tanning?

Hi there, I'm a mobile spray tanner. Amongst the chit chat on facebook it's been said we can return to spraying our client but body only. The client has to wear a mask and use a self tanner when home. I dont stock self tanning products. Has anybody heard of this rule? Tia x
