New supplier needed ASAP

I use a supplier but the last few times their hair hasn't been up to standard. Firstly after 4 weeks, a clients hair started matting and I suggested treatments and different shampoo. But after a week it was back to matting, it looked like synthetic hair, I complained to the supplier but they didn't was to accept responsibility (even though it is clear that the hair must be a bad batch). There have also been occasions that I order the hair in bulk, then once it comes the lengths are shorter than I ordered, and the iTips are all different sizes! I'm so frustrated with them and am in desperate need of a new supplier!

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!! <3
