Hi, I am new in waxing and I need advice for facial hair waxing. I use soft wax for face and sometimes skin comes off and leaves a mark behind, though I apply powder and stretch skin, still this happen. Please advice what I am doing wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks

Hi.
Make sure the wax is not too hot, test on the back of your wrist & also check with the client when applying the wax.
Some therapists use a light oil instead of talc, creates more of a barrier.

Good advice from enchanting beauty! Sometimes the client may just have very delicate skin and it easily gets damaged. My own mother has this happen on the odd occasion , no one else thankfully.
For my mum her thyroid condition and age (80) have given her very ,very dry skin.
Other factors include :- Hormones, period due and the client being hot can also lead to the problem.
You could also try hot wax as it is sometimes a little kinder to the skin.
Meanwhile encourage the client to really moisturise well to keep the skin and lips as healthy as possible
Good luck x
