So I've seen a few pictures like this about and wonder if anyone's done anything similar or has any ideas how? Obviously I know it's going to have to be a super clean level 10.. But I have no idea on creating the iridescent shimmery tones? Anyone have any ideas?

Wella instamatic range do nice pastels
Also 10/0 mixed with small amount of desired colour mixer tone can create pastel tonera but must be a clean 10 line of above
Also fudge semis paintbox colours mixed with either winter shade of pale or a white can work from my experience

What instamatics colours would you use to achieve the top colour and would you highlight it in?? I had a client contact me last night with that exact picture she's already a super clean 10 so it's achievable

Have a look into mixer tones with 10/0 small amount needed of mixer tones

This is the instamatic range
