Newbie Q about buffing off enhancements

hi all
i am new to this site wondered if anyone could help?
i am studying for my nail tech level 3 and have been asked to read up on removel of enhancements found plenty of things about soaking off but cant find alot about buffing/filing off?
any sites, advice etc would be great

hmm not sure what kind of info you need, theres plenty of info on buffing off if you do a search on removing gels. do you have a text book?
