Newbie staff and training courses

Hia all

I've taken on a new member of staff as a part time trainee she is really keen to get into nail ext tanning and lashes I know the nails go without saying re sending her on the appropriate course but do i need to pay to send her for the tanning courses or can I train her myself?? Don't want to spend a lot of money on courses that are not needed (first time emoyi g someone so all new)

Hi there

I think its important you check with your insurers. find out whether in house training is ok or if they require certificates. some do and some dont. That might be a great place to start.
