what sort of things do you put on a monthly newsletter or do you even do a monthly newsletter? special offers, new products etc?

I just do an update every now and again rather than a monthly news letter. Just to give an update on anything that has changed eg. New treatments, new products, new prices, events, open evenings, charity doos or things of the sort. I would probably do them every quater rather than every month just so theres more in it. But when ever you feel you want to promote something or spread he word. HTH xx

I currently dont have a newsletter but would like to offer an email newsletter in the near future, (mainly to advertise monthly special offers) I think its best to not have too much information, things to consider might be;
Special monthly offers
New treatments
Whats "coming soon"
Discounts
Opening hours - for example, on the xmas newsletter your opening hours and days you are closed over the period.
Maybe add a reminder for the next months occasions, ie in Febs newsletter write something like "dont forget its mothers day on the 25th March, gift vouchers are now availble"
If you advertise in the local paper you could have a photo of your article

Cant think of anything else at the moment
