Who claimed I had ruined her hair which was a lie now she’s claiming a reaction… can anyone give me advise think it’s a no one fee company

Have you been served?

Contact insurer immediately for next steps. Dont engage with the client or the company until you have had their advice. They will likely suggest only contacting the client to provide the insurer address and then explain to the client that as they want togo down the legal route they will need to deal directly with them as thats what you pay them for. No more appointments with them, no engaging with them on social media.

From all your previous posts, I understand that you weren't insured at the time. The best thing that you can do is seek legal advice, most solicitors offer a free 30 minute consultation.
It would be worth seeking advice from somone who specialises in this field.
I understand this must be a stressful time for you, but I can see that you've had good advice already from other forum users.
There isn't a great deal you can do at this stage, except wait for someone to contact you directly.
A no win no free claims company will only persue a claim if they're certain they have a case.
