Well I did a rebalance last night and OMG...it took me 3 hours! I just seemed to be filing away forever and not getting anyway. Luckily enough it was my friend and she didn't seem to mind but when I got home I was absolutely gutted and so disheartened. I'm dreading the phone ringing asking me to do another rebalance!
It's not as though the nails were particulary thick so that I had to wade through layers and layers. I just couldn't get to grips with the filing and I must admit I had to file slow because I was scared to file her natural nail. Then came the MTW! Not as bad as I thought but for some reason the white on her little finger nail turned yellow when I applied the powder but the others stayed white! How bizarre.
It would have been easier to soak off and put on a new set I'm sure, a full set only takes me 2 and a half hours. If anyone has any pointers then please let me know. I feel like jackin it in and I've only been doing nails 4 months!! (I know I won't be perfect for a long time and I know it takes a lot of practice but if I feel like this all the time then.......)
A very sad Heather....
