Hi, I have a new client enquiring about toners that do not contain PPD. I have always used L’Oréal products and know that these particularly Dialight contain it in which she reacts to. Does anyone know of any toners that do not contain the PPD please to try and help her out. Many thanks

The new wella Kolesten perfect has been formulated for people who are allergic to ppd. Their shades can be used as a toner when mixed 1:2 with their pastel developer.
