No sticky layer with Premier gels

Hi guys!

Just bought some Premier gel colours in their crazy sale and am very pleased with them. However.... When cured they have no sticky/inhibition layer. Neither does the rubber top coat. Which is fine until I want to apply a glitter fade or a mermaid/unicorn/holo/chrome powder as it just doesn't stick!

Will I just have to use a different brand top coat that is sticky, then pop the premier gel over the top?

Anyone else having this issue?

Just partially cure to get a sticky layer then fully cure after applying the art

I know, when I bought it I thought it would have a sticky layer. I have the actual non wipe top coat too! Lol
