OK, OK, OK, I know you are all looking at me daft LOL.

Is there such a thing as a nail polish that can only be removed by acetone? I like to wear enhancements with polish and am concerned about ruining my own nails doing manicures. I am just at the stage where I am starting to practise normal manicures (ie no enhancements) on freinds and family.

I know the obvious thing would be UV gel (which I have on at the moment, that someone else did during a shourt course) but as I am VERY new to the industry and saving up for my first CND course (L&P) so don't want to have to invest in a UV lamp if I can avoid it.

Are there any brands that do this? Or just a topcoat? Or a non UV gel? You see where I'm going with this? LOL

Prolly gonna have to buff the gel off this weekend for a rebalance so looking for any ideas.

Any help is much appreciated.

You need to get some johnsons hand down pads hun,
they are wipes with a plastic backing so they protect your nails while working on other peoples hth

If you hold your lint free pad between your fingers the right way then you can get away WITHOUT ruining your own polish, I have on a VERY red enamel at the moment, had it on for a fortnight and it's not looking much different to the day I applied it, this is down to the way I hold my lint free pads when using them...
practise makes perfect, or so they say

yeah, it's all in the way you use things... I do mani, pedi, enhancements (etc) with extremely long nails, and hardly ever seal them (my hands are claustrophobic) just a simple top coat for the shine and it's done.

Thanks guys.

I guess it's just down to practise, practise, practise, practise! :)

I will keep my eyes peeled for the Johnson wipes though.
