Evening Geeks,

I have spent quite some time reading through all the relevant posts about Non Surgical Facelifts and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of an updated thread.

My aim this year is to take on NSFC to compliment my Environ Facials. I was drawn to CACI because of the brand but to be totally honest all I ever hear is how poor their customer service is. I don't feel the brand is big enough where I am to warrant the price tag but I haven't ruled it out.

I am also considering A-lift and Dermalift but I wanted to know if there is anyone who has experience with all of them or at least two of them to compare?

I have requested information from all of them and will be visiting those that are there at Pro Beauty with the aim of buying, I just wanted some honest feedback first.

Thankyou

hi
are you looking for microcurrent devices only?

thanks
Mel

Hi,
I have a caci ultimate machine and find I do quite a few treatments and often it sells itself. I agree the service and aftercare with caci is rubbish, they just seem to want to sell sell sell to you but I wouldn't be without my machine now. I have also heard good things about A Lift but never used it myself so can't really compare.
Hope that helps.

Hi

My advice would be to consider the age range of your clients and the results you're looking for or they're looking for.

From our experience we have found that micro-current device are good but they are mainly effective for younger ladies and ladies whose skin is in generally in good health. You will struggle to really target and reduce deeper set wrinkles, as micro-current works on the muscles under the skin mainly. As we age one of the main culprits for the signs of ageing like wrinkles etc is the loss of collagen, so a treatment to boost collagen production and collagen itself would be much better suited in the longer run. For clients over 35 years old we always recommend radio frequency treatments, as they'll see much more of a difference and the treatment will not only reduce fine lines and wrinkles but will also tighten the skin to reduce signs of sagging skin. Combined with LED light therapy you'll have a powerful collagen and elastin boosting treatment.

we also run our own skin clinic in Derby and our clients always opt for the radiofrequency over microcurrent because of the results. Although there is a price difference between the treatments, generally clients will need more microcurrent treatments to see a difference.

if you'd like to see some before and after pictures of our radio frequency treatments do let me know i can email them over to you ([email protected]). Just some food for thought :)

However if you are choosing a microcurrent device do consider the cost of the device and ask the company about the device being suited to your client base and your business. Ease of use of the device (we've found some microcurrent devices quite difficult to use). After care and service from them.
i think A-lift is more affordable than CACI but i've never dealt with A-lift it does look like a nicer smaller device. In essence they would both do the same thing - it might just depend on the power output of the microcurrent in each device.

Good luck at pro beauty!! I got lost so badly last year in the exhibition i couldn't find our stand :(

Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Mel,

I've had the Dermalift in the salon for approximately three months now. I had considered CACI but the negative comments regarding customer service and repair charges put me off. Dermalift is far more affordable and the customer service is excellent. Results are great for younger skin but for more mature skin with deeper lines and looser, saggier skin, I'm not so sure. I do feel that this wasn't really explained when we did our training and only found out for myself upon completion of a client's course. This should really be explained to clients so they do not have false expectations (and us therapists too).

I use Elemis biotec, it's a a great machine, offers 5 technologies, includes non surgical. I have used caci and to me not only is the Elemis better but it has everything you need to offer and more. The aftercare is great they really support you and they want you to do well because of selling their products. My clients are loving the Elemis products and the facials, I'm only a little salon and we do really well especially since I've had the machine which will be a year in May.

I went to the shows and spent the best part of a year looking into different brands.

I looked at all sorts of machines and like a lot of people I was put of by Caci and their non existent customer service, however I have gone for Caci because my rep is brilliant. People do know the name and they will Google Caci for non surgical face lifts, Caci has doubled my monthly turnover, however as I have no other machine to compare I don't know if that would of also been the case with a less known machine.

Hello I know it’s been a while since your post but do you mind me asking how much the Elemis biotech was? And do you still have to have a two treatment room requirement? I am a big elemis fan but was under the impression I wouldn’t get an account as it’s only myself in the salon
