Norwegian wedding gifts, any ideas?

Any ideas on traditional Norwegian wedding gifts, I already know about the pine trees and iv seen that amber is one too, any help me? X

Ok one friend has replied so far and she said most couples have a wish list for items they want and that's usually so they can get a specific tableware or cutlery range. Pretty much how it is in the UK.

I've asked now specifically about the pine trees and amber as she seemed mystified by that and missed the point about traditional gifts. (Shes my age in her 40's) I know more will answer tonight after work. X
