well i've been having a bit of a prob lately, when doing 1 tan its fine but when it comes to doing more than that at once i get tan all around my nostrils so i bought masks first of all i tried the tie ones found that somehow i still was getting a bit of spray getting in, so i then bought the round ones not very nice looking but hey it did the trick or so i thought, yesterday was so busy with tanning during the day and had a tan party last night got home washed etc and got up this morning and i look as though someone has beat the hell out of me where the mask starts just under my eyes and top of nose is soooo brown and i cant get it off, i look awful. its only just 6.20 and ive been up since 4 trying to scrub it off, went for the toilet and scared the life out of myself when i switched the bathroom light on, my hubby thinks its hillarious.. first of all do you think if i get my hubby to stop laughing enough to spray me will it cover it or will it make it darker, and secondly does this ever happen to anyone else and how can i stop it? what am i doing wrong- i clearly must be standing a bit to close or something. oh the joys am supposed to be going out shopping today but think i'll just have a lazy day instead just so glad i aint got no appointments arranged for today. thanks

oh dear! have you tried putting a we drop of vaseline round your nostrils before you do a tan?

I would think that if you are getting quite a lot of overspray then your gun is too high. Try turning it down a bit.
Baby oil is good for getting tan off. Mix with some salt to make a good scrub. Steam your face first, apply the scrub and see how it goes

what tan and machine are you using?

Someone on here might use the same and know what the problem is. Sorry i can't be more help x

Agree with some comments here that it helps us know what your using.

I use a variety of machines and only get brown on my nose hairs if tanning 10+ people. However using my airbrush machine and its terrible after 2 or 3.

Does sound like your either using an LVHP machine or your HVLP is too high.

Hi thanks for your replys its a T100 and i'm using LA Tan. I will try turning it down.
i'm not having any other problems apart from it getting on my nose, i have got most of it off now.
