So i have this regular client who comes in every friday for individual lashes, i usually charge £7. Anyway about 2 weeks ago she had no change and she was my first client of the morning so neither did i, so i just told her just say £4, now every week she comes in and just pays be £4! i know its only £3 but im still not really making any profit, next week she is bringing her friend to get some lashes too, what if she tells her friend i do them cheap?? i dont really wanna loose her as a client because she is lovely, just how can i say to her that im not a charity?

you gotta be firm babe I know its hard, I never tell them cheaper I tell them to bring it in next time or drop it off later, but only if it is a regular
tell her that the lashes are £7 I charge £12 for lashes if someone tried to give me four Id show them the door

If you find it hard to say to her face then I would text or email her. Hopefully you keep client records and you will have this info.

I would say that there seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding with regard to the cost of lashes and you will be sticking to your original £7 to cover costs, time etc. Sorry for any confusion and look forward to seeing you soon.
