Hi Geeks,

I am new to the forum and desperately require some assistance. I have recently qualified in acrylic nails (NQ) and have been practising on some willing friends for a while now. I work with NSI products and I know I am doing something wrong - I'm pretty sure it comes down to my mix ratio. I can't get that even 'sleek' look when applying acrylics, mine either looks clumpy, lumpy or bubbles . I am desperate to perfect this as I love doing the nails!! Are there any geeks using NSI in the Glasgow area who I could shaddow for a few hours, figure out where I am going wrong!?!?!?

Register for the Nail Angel website and watch the tutorials they are great.

Yes, it sounds like your mix ratio is out.

Take a look on Nail Angel website as Shezybabes suggested, they have lots of useful info on there.

What size brush are you using? If you are using a brush too small it wont hold enough monomer to work the bead.

Thanks for that guys, il defo check that out! I'm using NSI baby grand kolinsky brush?
