Hi Everyone!
I have just started using NSI buff of Gel but it is taking me ages to buff off! I'm using a white block and leaving the thin layer so as not to buff the natural nail but it's taking me ages and making my appointments run way over! I was using a soak off before but really like the balance gels so want to master this......any advise?? Also do you leave this layer if your taking a set off and putting on a new set?
Also i have been looking up forums and a few geeks have referred to 'capping the free edge' when discussing Natural Nail Overlays, we never covered this in collage?! Any advise on how this is done would be very much appreciated!!
Thanks Fellow Geeks!

Use a 180 to take down the bulk of the gel, then switch to a 240. Maybe look at your application to make sure your not applying it to thickly too.

Hi Hun,
Yes I agree you need to use 180 grit, then go down to 240, you wil find it much quicker.
Lotsa luv x  x

To cap the free edge you use your gel brush and swipe the free edge with it, making sure it gets covered with gel. This caps the edge to prevent the seal from breaking, it also allows for the product to shrink as they all shrink about 20% when curing.
