my salon currently uses nsi for gel and acrylic nails.
we have had a few problems so may want to change brands.
any suggestions on the best ones to use?
also, what do you think of the nsi products?
thanks
x:lol:

I switched from creative to nsi after college where I trained with mainly cnd products, I switched for local availability, customer service and price, rather than the product itself but I really love nsi products. what kind of problems are you having? maybe I can help:)

the best bet, before swapping is education in the product .......
as ......... if you don't have education, it doesn't matter what product you use, you may have the same problems, but with a differrent product:!:

Swapping is often, not the solution.

i've been using NSI gels for a while now and i must say they're fabulous.. never yellowing, never lifting and very resistant. what kind of problem are you experiencing?

I would troubleshoot a little before swapping. Perhaps I can help. What problems are you experiencing?

Hi I use NSI after having initially trained with them and have never had a problem I love the systems & so do my clients I also did a conversion course with CND which again is an excellent product I just feel more comfortable with NSI having used it for a few years, however I know that if I did a little more training with CND I am sure my skills would improve.

Did you actually train with NSI ( as cant really tell this from your profile - just says systems used ) or another product as if you are having problems (what type of problems?) you could give them a call I am sure you will get some help from the educators there if you did not do any training with them they maybe a conversion course is the way to go. It is so important to be educated properly in the system you are using. HTH.

i totally agree with what been said about sorting out the problems you are having rather than just switching as the chances are that switching wont solve your problems as its not usually the product thats the problem its the person using it.
what sort of problems are you having?
have you tried phoning nsi to get some help? as there customer service is excellent.
i use nsi products which i trained with and i love using there products as do many other techs.
good luck.x

I don't have any problems with NSI at all. I have had one or two little hiccups with a faulty product but they have been so pleasant and helpful. They replaced the product which came the very next day on both occasions. Always ready to help really and really friendly when I speak to them.

Ok.. if I could change one thing, I'd update some of their colours in the polymer and gel but even this they are improving on. I have just tried their new pureply pink masque and it is absolutely gorgeous.

Yeah.......what they said! lol!
I use NSI L&P and gel and I'm very happy with it.

Hi,
I have used NSI for years and i swear by it. The new pinks are just fab. What problems are you having with them? I have had a few problems in the past but they have been keen to help and get the problem sorted. x

thanks for all your comments.
i did train with nsi, ive only been doing it for about 2 months.
i had a client who had 4 gel nails come off within a week.
i put gels on my own nails and have had no problems, but i'm obviously doing something wrong for this to have happened.
havent tried ringing nsi yet, will try that.
thankyou for all your advice
xx
