No Nurture oil is not the same as Solar Oil - well it is in as much as they are both cuticle oils LOL.
Nurture oil by NSI is pinkish and smells like bubble gum. I am not sure of the actual ingredients in it. NSI describe it as "A scientifically advanced blend of five therapeutic emollients enhanced with vitamin C&E for soft body tissue repair and elasticity"
Solar Oil has Rice Bran oil, Jojoba Oil and Sweet Almond Oil in it.

Nuture oil is, I believe, grapeseed oil based.
Not sure about the NSI one... but SolarOil is specifically designed to penetrate through nail enamel and through the nail enhancement. Most oils will simply site on the surface of the enhancement.
