NVQ 2 Beauty books

Hiya,

I started my L2 Beauty last night and am very excited... I was wondering which books you recommend to use along side the course. I am sure college will give us some guidence but I thought you guys may have some ideas for me too.
The first thing we did was nail polish!!!!!! More of an ice breaker really but its like a bussmans holiday! :lol: Wont harm to go over some basics from scratch again and kickout any habits I have picked up since training.
Any advice in general???

there is two books one is called level two nvq in beauty and there is a level three as well they are packed with information they are about 20 pounds i think you can buy them from waterstones

I would definately recommend that you get the Lorraine Norrdmann book - its' excellent. Far better than the one we were supplied with at my college.

This is the book that I got at college- very useful! I read it from cover to cover at the end of the first lesson!
