Hello

Im doing an Nvq 3 in massage therapy at college, im really struggling on one of my homework questions.

What beneficial effects can result from the changes to the clients lifestyle pattern? eg. dietry and fluid intake, exercise habits, smoking habits, sleep patterns, hobbies, interests and means of relaxation?

Ive been trying to answer this question for days, any ideas?

Welcome to the site:)
The answers should be in any beauty books. It is in most NVQ level 3 ones.
Google the questions and they too come up. So no more being stuck;)

Hope your enjoying the course x

Hiya thanks for your reply, i have looked in my nvq 3 books and also looked all over the internet, even doing as you say and typing in the question, i dont seem to be able to find any information relevent to this question though.

Ok, take each part of the question simply and then it's much easier.

If you change your diet, ie reduce sugar and salt, what are the benefits?
If you increase the amounts of water you drink, what are the benefits? etc

This should be quite simple to find on the net if not in your books.:)

Hi ya, Im also doing level 3 and a project on diet and lifestyle .and have found a lot of information in my books - The official Guide to Level 2 amd level 3. And also the Beauty Therapy Fact File 4th Edition -Susan Cressy - Chapter 6 is all about Diet 7 is about stress and exercise , if you dont have the book maybe worth seeing if your local library has it.

Hope this helps.
