Hello
I wonder if any of you can help me with. I am currently working full time as a legal sec but am hoping to eventually covert over to doing beauty full time once i've got all my qualifications etc but i'm finding it really difficult finding somewhere to train me around my working hours. After LOADS of research online i've found this place:www.beauty-learning.co.uk and was wondering if anyone had heard of it before and whether you had any comments on their courses?
I know generally intensive courses arent the best way to do this but these ones are being run by the The London School of Beauty and Make-up (which looks like a very reputable company). They require you to attend their intensive 2 day courses for each module and then ask you to go away to learn/practice and them come back for an assessment within 9 months (which they don't guarentee you'll pass - it's only if you're good enough) so i thought that sounded pretty decent. You gain an NVQ after passing each assessment. I am really willing to learn and do find learning on my own quite easy (after being shown what to do) so don't see that being a problem, i just wanted to check to see if anyone had any bad reviews about this place.
Thanks in advance!!
