hi all, does any one have any info on where i can do my nvq 2 in nails

Try your local colleges - they are usually a good start. Otherwise I'd look at some of the dedicated beauty schools accredited through the likes of the Guild.

theres 2 colleges in cardiff but the dont do nails as an nvq soo annyoing lol

the colleges in my area are the same.they dont do nvq either.

Think yourself lucky - up here in North Wales....we don't have a FE college for abot 70 miles that does beauty or nals!

Coleg Glan Hafren appears to do VTCT Nails - which is a well respected course...and would provide you a great basis for then enhancing your skills with manufacturer training, which IMO would give you the best all round knowledge....skills and product. Is that not worth thinking about?

Or maybe something on here....

welli have thought about that but i trained as a hair dress in glan hafren and the teachings not the best and i no its the first year they'v done nails as a course so i wanna look at all the options first lol coz im guna do a conversion course anyway its jus nice to have reconised qulifictions thanks for the link though xx

worcester does an nvq2 in nail services,but thats a fair old trek from cardiff
