Hi, - can't keep away now, lol.
I qualified as a nail tech Dec 2002, went to Creative in July 2003 to Spa mani/pedi and in Oct 2003 go to Creative to do the L & P conversion.
Hopefully in November 2003 I am opening my own hair and nail salon - I have been in hairdressing for 31 years (23 years freelance).
I would be grateful if anyone out there could give me some info on the NVQ unit 9 and 19 - is it just for nails? do I need to do it for insurance purposes etc. ?????????????????? I keep falling across the "NVQ 9 and 19 in mags, board etc.
Sorry this all sounds a little jumbled but I tried to keep it as short as poss.
Also, I'd welcome any info regarding nails/salon - the hair is ok but I'm still nervous where nails are concerned!!!!!!!!!
