Oily/dehydrated skin

Hello everyone
Does anyone have any suggestion on treatments plan for oily dehydrated skin with congestion? would desincrustaion be too harsh?

Does anyone have any suggestion on treatments plan for oily dehydrated skin with congestion? would desincrustaion be too harsh?

Treat the dehydration first!!!
Often skin can become more oily to compensate for the dehydration.
Hydrate the skin initiall and often the congestion and oilyness can subsided by that alone.
Once the skin is in a better condition then look at desincrustation and other congestion busting ways
