Hi all,

I have someone who is very keen to have extensions for a holiday (on sunday) but has developed an infection in one thumb down the side of the nail. She has been to the docs and is on anti-biotics. I've said my gut feeling would be not to treat incase the infection spreads to the other fingers and she is stuck with extensions on in a foreign country. She really wants them done and has 2 more days until her appointment and even then is happy to have all the other fingers done and not the thumb. She is going to call me on the morning of her appointment and let me know how it is. What should I do? Have I done the right thing? She says the pain has subsided and says all her other fingers are fine. If I isolate the thumb, could I do the others or should I leave well alone?
