OPI's silver crackle - it doesn't work! Is it me?

I don't know. I bought it at Sally's locally but who knows how long it had been sitting there?

I bought mine as soon as it launched as i was waiting for it to come out for ages, so I know the one I bought wasn't old.
Last time I used it I put a navy glitter polish underneath and it looked ok but not great.I still think the Barry m crackles come out better, although I wouldn't use it on clients only myself. x
