Over buffed toe nails

I have over filled my nail on my toe it’s very sensitive and abit of pain and discomfort I’ve been using fresh aloe Vera but the nails so thin, amy recommended things for me to do to help?

The pain will wear off in a few days. I'd use a clear normal base/top/strengthener just as a layer of protection. Nothing coloured as I'd want to keep an eye on it incase of infection, etc.

You'll have to wait until the damage grows out.
